PHASED OPENING INFORMATION
Our plan to re-open safely for our customers
We are anxiously awaiting the day when we can welcome all of you back - from a safe distance! We wanted to alert you to what we will be putting in place when that happens.
Sanitation Protocol
We have chosen a COVID-19 Cleaning Certified company Evergreen Janitorial Services to conduct weekly cleanings of our facility to ensure it's safety and cleanliness. Additionally, our team will wipe down and clean in between sessions to reinforce sanitation standards. In keeping with these standards we are using a Disinfectant Cleaner, hospital-approved called "Pursue" which kills major viruses and harmful germs and bacteria.
We also ask that participants bring their own towel during sessions to absorb sweat.
Social Distancing
Each session will hold no more than 10 participants spaced out to practice social distancing. Our Lobby will remain closed during the Phase I re-opening guidelines. Furthermore, we ask those not in session to leave the space immediately or remain in your car.
Modified Schedule
We will allow extra time between sessions, both group and individual, to allow for social distancing. We ask for your cooperation and patience as some changes have been made with training times.

Ripped Outdoor Training (Outdoor Training will be held in Ashburn)
Outdoor training opportunities are available! Max of 10 participants! This is an athletic performance program focused on speed, agility, change of direction and conditioning. Athletes in this program are required to wear cleats and bring a water bottle as training is on a natural grass surface. If interested contact us at info@rippedperformance.com for more details.
