RPSpeed Clinic (Ages: 7-12 Years)

A high speed & agility clinic, that specifically focuses on developing long term athletic foundations in the areas of speed, agility, quickness & power. Centered on learning proper mechanics & increasing the athlete’s capacity to meet the demands of their sport.

Classes are offered:
Monday - Thursday, 5-6 P.M.
Saturday, 10 A.M. - 11 A.M.

RPElite (Ages: 13-17 Years)

Designed for high school athletes who have already developed most functional movement patterns and/or have excelled through the Ripped Speed Clinic. Training focuses on injury prevention, strength, movement efficiency & power in a progressed program based on advanced athleticism & larger work capacity.

Classes are offered:
Monday - Thursday, 6:15 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
Saturday, 11:15 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.

 

 

RPHybrid

60-minute training program of functional performance, combined with strength and metabolic exercises to burn fat, build muscle and a strong mind. (*All levels welcome)

Classes are offered:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00 A.M

 

 

Small Group Performance Training with a Coach

Train with a coach in a group of 3-5 participants. This program will provide the personalized attention you desire to reach your fitness and strength goals along with a little accountability and push. Great program for friends who want to train together or wish to make new ones in a smaller setting. Each participant will undergo an initial evaluation, monthly measurements and program design.
(Exercises can be modified for those with physical limitations). *Athletic training available also in the following sports: Swimming (Dryland training), Softball, football, baseball, basketball.

We are leaders and have a great responsibility in our homes, community and work. This program is designed to serve as a mindfulness to physical health, strength and accountability for men and women who are interested in training in a positive, encouraging and structured environment to help achieve great health and fitness levels. The plus to this program is the professional coaches that lead the group trains with the participants, offering guidance and motivation to push to new levels. The purpose is to establish what should be a top priority, “good” health. This program offers a variety of training methodologies from body weight exercise, unconventional strength and power techniques, sport-based movements, core development and accountability. (*All levels welcome)
