COVID-19 Update

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the governor of Virginia has ordered all non-essential businesses close, We have worked hard to stay open, following the rules for social distancing, so that we can provide our services to our clients.

Unfortunately, March 24th will be our last day to operate during the shut-down. All membership accounts will be frozen for April. We open that this drastic measure will work and we will all be resuming our normal lives in May.

Until then… we will have a full virtual program available to everyone. There will be different options for members and non-members as well as nutritional and mentorship opportunities. Stay tuned!!!
